After graduating from The University of Salford in 2003, she made a guest appearance as Mandy Maguire in the BAFTA award winning Channel 4 drama, 'Shameless.' The role was reprised in the second series and by the third series Samantha was a fully fledged cast member until 2008 when she quit the show.
